Who has the biggest boot? 4 cars with good luggage space

When it comes to business trips, camping holidays, and tonnes of luggage for your family, you want to make sure that you have enough space in your car. There’s nothing worse than being squashed into the backseat, competing for space. Having a bigger boot makes journeys smoother, and will make your driving experience that much more comfortable. We’ve looked at some of the cars renowned for having the best space and the biggest boots. Not everyone wants to drive around in a massive van, so we’ve picked the best boot for each category of cars. So whether you’re a business person travelling in the city, or are looking for the best family car, we’ve got you covered. Check our list to see which big boot car would suit your lifestyle best.

Dacia Sandero – City Car

If you want to lease a car in the UK that can handle small roads and urban parking, then a city car is your best bet. City cars are generally small, so a lot of them don’t offer loads of boot space. However, the Dacia Sandero actually offers a pretty decent amount of room. The good news is that the Dacia is incredibly cheap too, and is highly practical. The cabin is roomy, and it is a very likeable car, with 320 litres of boot space, which is huge for a supermini. Consider us impressed.

Mercedes E-Class Estate – Estate Car

If you’re looking for an elegant business car that doesn’t compromise on space or luxury, then you should definitely consider the Mercedes E-Class Estate. The E-Class has one of the largest boot capacities in its class, with 695 litres available. And if that’s not enough, then you can always put the back seats down for a grand total of roughly 1900 litres. So you can obtain a professional business image, and never have to worry about running out of space.

Citroen Grand C4 Picasso – MPV

Whether you have a large family, or regularly go on car trip holidays, an MPV is the best choice. Our favourite MPV, which is both reasonably priced, comfy and spacious, is the Citroen Grand C4 Picasso. It’s worth noting however, that the Ford Tourneo Connect has more boot space, but our personal favourite is the Citroen, as the Ford looks too van-like for our taste. The seven seater Citroen comes with a range of eco-friendly diesels, and a huge 790 litres of loading space available when it is in 5-seater mode.

Audi RS6 Avant – Style

Looking for a car that has tonnes of boot space, but still manages to exude luxury and style? The Audi RS6 Avant does just that. It can easily carry five people in its luxurious cabin, with plenty of space to spare. The boot offers 565 litres of space, and 1680 if you fold down the rear seats. It has incredible speed too. The RS6 can get from 0-62 in under 4 seconds, with a top speed of 155mph. The RS6 can get quite pricey though! So car leasing with bad or good credit may be a cheaper option if you’re watching your wallet.
